If it says that you are open until 5:30 PM, I also assume that I will be in front of a closed door at 5:15. At least adjust the opening hours on the website because this is really worthless.

Incredibly slow! Every time I have to pick something up, I am waiting for at least half an hour! An employee stands in front, an entire club behind! Unbelievable. At a supermarket when it is busy they open a cash register, here they make people wait! Unbelievable! There must be change!

It's that this pharmacy is so close, but different .... Incredibly long waiting times (20 minutes to half an hour is nothing), even when you quickly come to pick up a repeat prescription. But even if 10 people are waiting, only open 1 counter. In my opinion things are also very slow and the assistants are often a bit short.

The waiting times are sometimes very long. Medications that I get are always correct. Yesterday I called the pharmacy that I needed a prescription from October 2017 due to a legal dispute with a doctor. The pharmacist immediately took this very adequately and I was able to pick up the prescription a day later. Also had to properly identify me as it should be.
