I went to this store while walking back to the airport and when I walked in I was amazed from the number of model planes.The store looks clean and professional. Not only this but the gentleman working in the store at the time was really friendly and gave the perfect customer care which to this point i am still shocked about. I bought 3 models and when I was packing them I left a few pieces such as the tail plane and stands.While I was walking to the airport about 20 minutes after the purchase a car stopped next to me and inside was the gentlemen from the store and handed over the missing pieces. So in other words he got into his car and looked all over for us just to hand the pieces over! I have nothing but respect for him and i am still shocked! he really cares about the customers and for someone to look for us in a city just to give the pieces over deserves all the best and I really have admiration for him and I want to thank him greatly for this it really means a lot in other words he is like a guardian angel. Highly recommend this store its probably the only few places where the shop keeper still has a heart. Definitely will be back to purchase more models.

A real book paradise for aviation friends. Brand-new titles from comics to the Spotter book and airline registries. Super great bargains and deals. Eg "Scrabble" for only 0.50 €. Very friendly service, also German speaking. Very large assortment also available on aircraft models and safety cards.
