Rented the Urban Arrow Family from them for a couple hours. Alex was very friendly and direct, I could just leave my ID with them and I was on my way. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend 10/10!

What can I say? Alex is the most enthusiastic bike shop owner I've ever met here in Amsterdam. I was hesitant at first because of the many dodgy bike shops around the city, but hands down for BiciCare! Read the reviews and you'll see what I mean. BiciCare is one of the few stores in Amsterdam where you can rent electric cargo bikes. I rented one for the weekend for a really reasonable rate. Trustworthy shop owned passionate bike mechanics, highly recommended! Keep up the good work guys!
