I bought a second hand bike from them. They have great support. 3-4 times they fixed my bike free of charge.

My little girls bike we bought here was stolen. How could we know? When we brought it back after a month, because so much was broken already, they said sorry, we do not repair it. So we went to another bike shop to let it fix and they said, we all know about this Oud West bike trader, they buy stolen bikes and sell it for far to much. After having problems, no service at all, big mouths instead. Sad people. They write their own 5 star reviews. Should be closed down by the police for the 4th time and for good now.

Top service from really helpful, friendly people. They always do their best to get a fix done as quickly, and cheaply, as possible. 100% recommend.

Fraud! Sold a bike almost a month ago and still haven't received my money. According to the shop owner, they have "problems with bank transfers"... Don't sell your bike to this shop!
