They fixed my bike chain and other broken things for a very good price and in only half an hour. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Initially, I was a bit turned off when I first walked into the store. I asked the worker if he had any 7-speed bikes. Usually, when I walk into stores and ask them the same question, they walk with me to the bikes, point out the bikes I should consider and tell me a bit more about the bikes. The worker at this store just said "go downstairs". Anyways, I found my dream bike at this store! Excellent, like new condition for a secondhand bike. Literally best/top of the line Batavus brand. Bike with 8-speed (more than I was looking for). What's even better is that it came with registration papers. The worker (turns out is the son) slowly warmed up to me and he was super friendly and helpful! He was patient and informative. Gave me a 9euro discount and also gave me a discount to fix my other bike that was broken. Overall, excellent experience with this family owned-store. Astonished that I found such a wonderful bike in supreme condition for a reasonable price. Thank you!

Very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff. When I came back because my bike was not fixed properly, the owner refused to help me and when I said I had paid for the part being fixed, and it didn't work yet, he started to shout. Never go there, they are scammers and do not offer professional bike fixing.

The best bike shop in Amsterdam when it comes to service and speed. Happily pay a bit more to keep shops like these and service like this alive in the city. Price is always reasonable, not the lowest like online, but rather have a friendly face helping me out and providing fantastic service. Liked the shop so much I ordered my new bike through them!

Really good customer service, the son and his father take the time with you, without rushing. Always friendly and reasonable prices.
