I have experienced nothing but friendly and helpful staff and good advice. They always fix little things (like a new screw) for free and they never try to sell me expensive stuff. The young shopkeeper always makes me feel very welcome!

Amazing service and wonderfully friendly staff. I purchased a bike from here today (31/10/2020) and the two guys who helped me (I didn’t get their names, I feel bad for not knowing this) were an absolute credit to the store. Very welcoming, knowledgable and helpful and overall a really great service. I now know where to go for all my bicycle needs in Amsterdam. Thanks again guys for being so brilliant.

Lived in Amsterdam for 25 Years never had a worse experience purchasing an product in my life. [No proper information on purchase] 13/07/2020: Bought an 1500 euro ebike union eload they gave me a DEFECT 450 watt battery at purchase than they replaced it with a 340 watt battery that was also DEFECT. I felt scammed so left a review. 12/08/2020 Owner Reaction: If you have any complaints you are more than welcome to visit our store so we can talk about it. Thank you 13/08/2020: Went to the store so we could talk out the problems in a friendly way and remove the review but the store owner shouted at me and said i was a liar and refused to replace my DEFECT battery that they gave me. They gave me 2 batteries 450 watt & 340 watt and both didn't work and now he refuses to replace my non complete purchase i am not welcome in the store anymore so i got screwed over. The reason i bought the bike is for my @Ubereats delivery job and i coudn't work for straight 31 days because of this losing income especially in this time of coronavirus when people are suposed to be looking after each other but i get this instead. Fake Friendly, Greedy, Rude People Don't recommend. 0/5 🌟

This is the nicest bikeshop I've been in Amsterdam so far. They are super helpful and reliable. I am very happy with my bike since they repaired it and they didn't even charge me anything. Thank you guys, excellent job!
