Swapfiets Amsterdam West

I like Swapfiets, the subscription, this is my local shop. I get a mixed bag of experience. First visit the guy did not seem like he wanted to help and very condescending.Second visit, guy seemed like everything you asked of him was an effort, always had a remark to your request. Third visit the lady was super nice and helpful but the boys moving bikes in and out of the store were unnecessarily rude which left me with a bitter taste overall

This post comes after my first touch with Swapfiets (Amsterdam West), where i went to pick up an e-bike. I didn't feel proper care from them as a client. Unhappy about the communication from the shop assistant. I was given an ebike in different size (smaller) without a "sorry". When I asked for some help i was told "i already explained that to you" and other similar events. I like when i have fully attention from a shop assistant. I need more help from them in order to understand if the ebike is working properly, but the overall experience is preventing me to ask for that with joy.

Thé best are Swapfiets ! I wanted to ask you sorry because my meisje is à black cat This month and each week she got her bike stolen ! Thanks of you and your amazing service , i Know she will always be capable of going home in thé SAME day with another bike and keep her amazing body ! Godbless you all !
