What a bad service ...... 5 men (sorry women) walk around and had to wait fifteen minutes before I was helped to pick up a prescription !!!! It is time for a separate collection desk, so that you can pick up your order faster, there are not so many people waiting together !!!

For years I have received the same recipe and quantity. The personal contribution for this is 9 euros. This pharmacy now gives no more than half, so I have to go to the pharmacy twice as often and I can also pay 9 euros twice. This is not imposed nationally, so today I will switch to a pharmacy that thinks along with the patient!

I like the 'service' of the Mediq Apotheek MC Kruisstraat so so bad that I can not find their appropriate word Service! Settled people are cranky, grumpy, rude treated purely and simply on the basis of external characteristics of the customer! According to them, 'preparing' a prescription even takes so much time that if it is faxed to them after a certain amount of time, it is impossible to collect this medicine on the same day! I am not talking about 10 minutes before closing time, no a few hours before it is already impossible! If the fax again has cures or any cheap excuse whatsoever, then you are simply out of luck and you will not receive any medication! They do not even want to call the doctor or MC to meet the customer. I'm not talking about a recipe you are prescribed for the first time but a medication that relevant prescribed for more than 10 years, then you have bad luck!

Full confidence, and if you are tidy you will also be treated nicely. And if you stick to the agreements that the staff does not make, but that you have to watch out for, there is no dirt in the air. And with details, emergency, or whatever, they are ALWAYS ready. A matter of good communication. It is no longer the pharmacy from 10 years ago, but who can do something about it, and if you know how it is arranged with the medicines, that you really do not have much in stock anymore, that you no longer produce yourself, but that via a central pharmacy comes, then one must understand that there is no magic, and they have an enormous number of clients. Ladies, you do your best, and what is possible ... more is not possible. Toppie
