Wait times are very long and the staff are very unfriendly. You are asked what is there and then you explain it, and they barely listen to you until they ask questions that you have basically already answered.

This afternoon I came to pick up a recipe and as usual it went very smoothly and neatly, I have no complaints about that. The ladies are always friendly and helpful. My complaint is about the pharmacy policy at the moment, Corona crisis. I had old medicine that I wanted to return but the lady told me that she should not take it because of the Corona. I could throw it away at home or drop it off at the environmental park. The fact that I was told that I could throw it away at home is the reason for me to submit this complaint. Everyone knows that throwing away medicines is strongly discouraged because it is a huge burden on the environment. I understand that you are careful with any. corona contamination for personnel. But this can be solved a lot more service-oriented. Place an environmental box next to the counter where people put their old medicines in and empty them at the end of the day, using gloves and possibly other PPE for the employee. I will keep the medicines until after the crisis. the environmental park is on the other side of Kerkrade where I rarely or never come. With my background, throwing it away is not an option at all. I am disappointed at the ease with which the management of MC De Linde has "solved" this point in its policy. I hope that you will at least take my advice seriously. thanks for reading this epistle. What an incredibly slow staff. I really wonder why don't they just keep working? They have never heard of privacy here either, if you are waiting, you will get exactly what they tell the customers at the counter. No privacy, I don't think is necessary. What is it to others, what you come for? Furthermore, the somewhat older people who work there, are not exactly the friendliest, opposite of the younger ones. If it were up to me, I would look for another pharmacy. But after googling it is something everywhere. Update: Glad to read that more people are having problems with the not so friendly ladies behind the counter.
