Excellent service. Paul is very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived in about 30 min. after calling, explained very clearly to us his plan to help us, and within 15 min. everything was done. I would recommend him to anyone who needs urgent help.
Locked out of our apartment on Sunday afternoon, 1 key was left on the inside in the lock. We called and within half and hour he arrived.. only took a few minutes to let us in. Good service, reasonable price for a Sunday.

Fake listing. Phone goes to a locksmith central which charges excessive fees.
My key was still in the lock on the inside when I closed the door from outside. Very annoying because the door could no longer be opened with the spare key. Fortunately I was able to go to the neighbor for a while and Dennis from HVV Locksmith was able to open the door again. Very good (fast) service for a reasonable price. I was quite apprehensive about all the bad stories circulating about locksmiths and so I'm glad that HVV is very reliable. Of course I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if it happens, I will call HVV again!
