Called the emergency line over my hamster having a stroke. Whilst describing the symptoms, she kept on insisting he was hybernating, despite only one symptom (barely) matching with no external conditions met. I tried to explain this, but she was not relenting. She seemed impatient at my attempts to properly explain the symptoms. This seems to be the go to diagnosis for vets with little hamster experience. Even with no experience and reading up a bit on hibernation, I knew this was not the case. We ended up disrupting his rest by following her instructions. In the end we made the hard decision to wait until the next day to go to another vet. Incredibly grateful we did, as they made the correct diagnosis and we got to spend the last week of his life in peace, knowing we did everything we could. (and it saved us €120). Sad that this experience mad us distrust the only 24/7 vet in the region.

Last Sunday evening I drove to pigeons with a slight haste for my cat who looked very ill. We were there a little earlier than agreed time so I called to let us know no we have agreed at 22.45 not earlier well fine. Once she is there, there is no hello from euh mouth mask and only 1 person is allowed in. Brought my friend in. 15 minutes later home with medication. The next morning I called my own vet about the fact that he didn't look like that so they asked can they email us the patient file I called this vet to which I got the answer call back later because you call me awake I will not remember now! What kind of vet are you when you say things like that ?! So don't go here !!!

What a terrible person. Due to a wrong diagnosis by another veterinarian (every veterinarian in Jumper), our bunny didn't recover so we went to this vet. He had stopped eating and was weakened, the vet said they would force him and strengthen him. Then he said he didn't want to go to sleep and that falling asleep was the only option. Wanted to take him back to me, but that was not allowed by the veterinarian, it was considered an animal abuse dealer. Eventually bunny quickly caught and ran away. Once we got home we saw that the food was much too thick in terms of substance, so that he could not swallow and was all caked dry. We tried to feed him wetter food and mashed carrots and he did eat. NEVER GO TO THIS WITH YOUR PET!

3 weeks ago I suddenly woke up in the morning and saw that my rabbit was leaving blood and limping. I immediately called the vet (Every vet in Arnhem) and went here, they told me that the rabbit had a wound on its pad but that the leg was not broken and it just hurt a lot to stand on this, which is why the rabbit limped. I got this painkiller and gave it to the rabbit daily. After 3 weeks the wound was almost healed but the rabbit suddenly started to stop eating. Last Wednesday, February 13, the rabbit stopped eating at around 22:00. I then started force-feeding and therefore immediately called the vet care 4 animals the next morning. Immediately I brought my rabbit to them in pigeons and was called in the evening that the rabbit had broken its leg anyway, that it had started to inflame and that the inflammation and pain had made the animal too weak and that it should be put to sleep. Crying I rushed to the vet and he said that the bunny, my best buddy, probably would not survive the night. I knew my rabbit was a tough little creature and they had fed him a lot of force food this day and so I hoped that this would give him some strength to make it through the surgery. So I said I would rather take my bunny home, I made a place on my bed and I would lie next to him all night, next to him so that if he left this world he would do this surrounded by his favorite owners and in a familiar environment .... THIS MUST NOT, I MUST NOT TAKE MY OWN BUNNY AGAIN. The reason the vet gave was because I had not seen that he had broken his leg while I had 2 times about contact with the vet in Arnhem who told me that it was only the wound under his cushion. She called me an animal abuser while I was crying with my bunny in my arms and said she would kick me out, the only 2 options I got is either we put him to sleep or you leave him here and he probably dies here tonight .. only. My rabbit has lived with me for 5 beautiful years and has never been in a cage and never had any problems with his health. But here is a vet telling a crying owner that he is an animal abuser because he hadn't seen the leg broken even though I went to the vet with this. While crying I quickly had to grab my rabbit while the vet went to help another client and I had to run away ... My bunny had a very nice night at home, he was given painkillers and was in between 2 loving people all night and was petted all night, this did him very well and he took him the night before we took him to another vet in the morning brought. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET
