A very committed funeral director with a lot of empathy and very practical and solution-oriented to positively fix any problem. Always present and a very pleasant and warm person who has found her passion in this profession. She works independently of large chains and as a husband I have experienced that as very nice, and with minimal time pressure. Music, photos, catering and those involved such as porters were presented very calmly and pleasantly and approached where necessary. Despite the corona measures, the intimacy of the farewell was also impressive and radiating energy! As far as I am concerned, the maximum score is completely appropriate here! Karin, you are a topper in your profession for me and my children!

Honest, transparent and empathetic. Karin gave my mother a dignified ending. From the first moment I felt that my and my mother's wishes were taken seriously. Everything was negotiable and transparency was paramount from the first moment. If you are looking for honest, empathetic help, I definitely recommend Karin.

Karin provided the funeral of our René with a lot of dedication and skill. With her peace, warmth, care and love, she is a pleasant personality to be in contact with during the already intense and sad days around the funeral. In addition, it felt familiar to have her on the floor during those days. Because of her eye for detail, perfection, organizational talent and listening ear, everything was arranged down to the last detail. In this phase, in which your emotions go in all directions but in the meantime everything has to be arranged, Karin managed to maintain the common thread in the organization in a pleasant and respectful way. She took things off your hands to relieve us and came up with suggestions that we would never have thought of. Our wishes are interwoven in this. Nothing was too much for her, she is involved and honest. Because of this we look back on a very personal, loving funeral like this suits René and that gives us some comfort in these dark days. After the sudden death of our husband / father, so much had to be arranged. Fortunately Karin was there. Thanks to her we were able to give him a very nice and personal service that he deserved. Karin thought along with us and also had very good ideas. She took the time and listened carefully to our wishes. Nothing was too much for her.
