Broekhuis Verzekeringen

Already been dealing with claims for almost 5 months now. Now they say they have not received papers, while they have indeed been sent to the mailbox. You are sent from the box to the wall, trouser house, above me, meching. Called VAT and said that the papers have been sent, especially do not call back to say that they have not received them. I now have major problems with the company where our new car comes from, who want to see money. Money that we cannot shake out of ourselves like that. Then give us a portion of the amount.

Insured here for 10+ years and until the start of this year, only a few minor claims (never through own fault). This year unfortunately 3 claims must claim: 2 parking damage (offender unknown and declaration made) & 1 vandalism damage. We now receive a letter from Broekhuis recently stating that we will be removed from insurance as of January 1, 2020. With this insurer, everything is fine as long as you pay premiums and do not claim damages. Insurers are just like banks, it is all about making money and social responsibility is hard to find. My advice never takes out insurance here. Because if you claim then you are out of it. Update: Employee spoke of Broekhuis and according to that person the decision was taken by Bovemij insurance. Called Bovemij and there was nothing known about this issue. I was referred to Melching insurance. Picked up the phone and immediately called and how amazed I get the same employee on the phone when I first called Broekhuis ... Broekhuis, Melching, Bovemij ... handy construction if you want to get a story somewhere. People hereby have another reason not to do business with these parties. Everyone points to each other, but accountability or clarity just goes. Again, INSURANCE IS NOT HERE !! Response to owner's response: You don't have to explain anything again, you've been very clear. You don't have a problem with receiving a premium, but if you have to pay it, you will be out.
