Bike Emotions

During a bike ride in our holiday on November 7, 2020, my bike broke down and I was at this shop on November 7, 2020 with my E-Bike. My front wheel spun with a lot of effort and it was no longer possible to cycle on it. After earlier telephone consultation with my Bike Total bicycle shop Cees IJzerman, his advice was to go to this shop and ask if they wanted to call this Bike Total. Cees could then give the mechanic an instruction to make the front wheel turn again. My story was heard and there was no question of any help. They did not even want to touch my bike and they called for a taxi. With many EMOTIONS and very sad we were there (over 70s) with my BIKE, about 8 km. from our holiday bungalow. Walking was too far for us and my husband tried to cycle with the bicycle in question. That didn't work out. After a while we stopped and asked for help from people who live on the same street. E.e.a. explained and we were immediately invited to find out. Two chairs were set up to relax and coffee was offered. This was at the company VCMI at 14 St. Jansgildestraat in Beek. It was decided to bring us back to the bungalow park. The materials were removed from a parked company bus and our 2 bicycles loaded. Mrs. Gerritsen brought us back to the reception of the Stroombroek park in Braamt. After the holiday, the bicycle was repaired at Bike Total in Brandwijk and a disconnected phase wire turned out to be the cause of the refusing front wheel. At BIKE EMOTIONS we got a cold shower and at VCMI luckily a warm shower. from me so (g) a star.
