I was insured with Eerdmans for 20 years. The fast service was exemplary. There is a German phone number and the ladies / gentlemen are knowledgeable. A claim was settled. It was even found that the injured party wanted to derive a complete paint job from a scratch. Long-distance sailors who constantly report their dinghies and erasers as stolen are not welcome.

After being a customer for 7 years and always having paid properly. You will receive an email that the insurance is terminated. Without prior contact. This after reporting a damage. I can also handle damage ............... No words for ... Kllant friendly and certainly not service!

It took almost five weeks for the damage expert to come by and more than three months in total for the damage to be determined despite several requests to speed up this process. I did not expect this from an insurance company that sells itself as an expert and world-class insurer. As far as I am concerned, a tricker !!
