extremely bad, my mother passed away recently, but they don't want to pick up their mess. I do not have a driving license myself, so it is difficult to tow a hospital bed. You do not get contact by phone, I have communicated via an automatic system that they can come and pick up their stuff, but had 0 responses. then just fill out their form on the internet, i get an auto-generated email back just after they are closed, with them coming by the next day, in a 3 hour block. I still have to arrange all kinds of things for the funeral and I have no way of contacting them that this does not suit me. they shamelessly take advantage of the hectic pace of death.

Ordering is very easy here, but getting your stuff delivered is a disaster.
