I tried to make an appointment for the first time today. The lady that picked up the phone refused to talk in english with me, she was very rude and acted like she felt ofended that i didn´t know dutch, she ended up cutting the call without doing the minimum effort to communicate with me. Obviously i am changing my house doctor...

Waiting 15min on the phone with no one answering, multiple times. Did not receive any service. Wish I could give 0 out of 5.

Ik heb iemand hier naartoe begeleid en ook vertaald voor haar. De medische zorg goed. Echter bij de balie niet heel erg behulpzaam op dat moment..

I was very sorry that a gentleman before me had contacted several times for an oxygen pump and was unable to proceed. When he finally inquired at the counter, he was told that he only had to make a phone call while he had been waiting for it for 1.5 weeks. I heard the story and wanted to say something but I did not do that and just walked away and made my appointment by phone.
