I wish I could give more than 1 star, but the bad experiences far outweigh the good over the years I have been with this apotheek. Today was just the last straw. I tried online to order my regular medication that I have been getting for years now from Prisma Huisarts, but due to my memory issues which then affects my recall of Dutch and passwords etc., I was unable to access DidID so decided to use the phone in option which I have done before. I was told I could not do it that way, that I would need to phone my doctor and have them phone through another prescription each time. I offered the Herhaal nummer which is how you order it and they said that was no longer being used either. I phoned the huisarts and also asked if I had to call them each time for a new prescription and explained what I had been told and they said they did not understand why I was told this as it was not so and the apotheek should have taken my order over the phone by medication on record or giving them the herhaal number. This is not the first time I have had a similar issue with particular people there and can only put it down to some having an issue with anyone who cannot speak perfect Dutch, not anything to do with procedure rules. This seems very unfortunate in 2020 to face such discrimination, especially when my issues come from diagnosed health issues affecting my memory.

Received a medication from the doctor for which there is no alternative. The expected delivery time was twelve weeks i.v.m. a shortage at the supplier. We have canceled several pharmacies but were told the same delivery time everywhere from week 9 in 2020. Pharmacy Prisma was able to get the prescribed medication from somewhere within 1 week.

I am definitely NOT satisfied with this pharmacy. Since I am an International Driver and a chronic drug user, I always have my medication delivered because my wife is not allowed to come and get the medication. I have this as standard in my files, but it has happened so often that I have had to call about this because my medication was not received before the weekend. Whether or not there was another medication or even a wrong dose and you try to explain that by telephone, they will not understand what you mean. I just submitted a request to switch pharmacists. This is because I just don't have any good words left for this mess.

I am very dissatisfied with the service of this Pharmacy. In connection with chronic medicine use, I have to order medicines every three months and that goes wrong 9 out of 10 times. My file says that no one is ever home because of full time work but yesterday I got a form again nobody at home on the bus at 4.10 pm. I work full-time in Amsterdam and the Pharmacy closes 5 pm, do I have to take time off to collect my medicines ??? A few years ago, medicines were supposed to be delivered to me on a Friday when someone was home during the day and when this did not happen and I went to the Pharmacy on Monday, when the Pharmacy was open until 6 pm, to continue to recover, Mrs. very arrogant way to insist that the medicines are delivered to my address. I asked if it was not possible that the bag, with a very small package of tablets, might have fallen behind in the delivery car, but according to Ms that was not possible and she advised me casually that I should clean up my house and then definitely would find back !!! I was so flabbergasted that unfortunately I did not respond well, I should have immediately filed an official complaint for this insult ... Two days later, the tablets were delivered and because I got a new prescription that Monday, I just called the pharmacy why the medicines were delivered. I was told that the medicines were left in the car ... no apologies, nothing .... It is only one lady who is so unfriendly and arrogant, fortunately there are also nice, nice people ...
