Purchased two e-bikes. We are very well advised. Plenty of time was taken for the delivery. We are very satisfied with the purchase. In addition, the first three services are free. All in all, Atlas bicycles is highly recommended for the purchase of an e-bike! After 90 km a car hit the front wheel of my new e-bike. Wheel double fork dislocated, etc. From the scene of the accident, I called Atlas Zoetermeer to see if they could do something for me. After fifteen minutes, Atlas bus on the spot, to pick up my broken e-bike. The next day a damage report was received and the parts were already ordered, after all the parts were in, the e-bikes were immediately repaired. This claim settlement is handled correctly and quickly. Again, in addition to my above review about the purchase of two e-bikes, I, Atlas Fietsen Zoetermeer, can also highly recommend this kind of business.

After a question about my required crank bolt, I unexpectedly ended up at Atlas bikes. Not the standard bicycle repair shop I normally visit. A very good and honest impression of the employees present. Helped to the bolt and had a nice chat. Shortly afterwards went back to replace my derrailleur wheels and adjust the front and rear derailleur. When I picked it up I heard exactly what had been done and saw that Tom was still busy perfecting the shifting by, among other things, aiming the derrailleur path. Ultimately, both switch cables were replaced in consultation, which was the finishing touch. After this I received a few good maintenance tips! I have now recommended the bicycle mechanic to 2 MTB buddies. Honest craftsman. I will definitely come back here myself!

Pick up my electric bike in September. What great service here at Atlas. No question is too much. Before the delivery I had a lot of contact to make a choice from the bikes: I received professional advice and I placed my order with confidence. After delivery I went back a few times with some questions and some adjustment of handlebars and saddle. They immediately free up time and I was soon able to cycle away again. Also bought a nice bicycle bag and soon back for the first service. TOP COMPANY!
