Today September 16, 2020, in the morning, visited this Stella store with the intention of buying an e-Bike. In the past, we bought two e-bikes here and the Managing Director has provided excellent assistance. Today on arrival, someone was sitting at a table with an iPad and did not bother to greet. After waiting for quite some time, we walked to the workshop to ask if someone could help. The mechanic was surprised that the salesperson was behind his table remained seated. The seller said that he could also have breakfast. The seller's upper arms looked like a bloated frog and quickly finished us because we asked for a second-hand e-bike. He stated that he did not have these at most in “his business” in Rijswijk. The seller gives the impression that he was absolutely not interested in us. In retrospect we understand that the manager was ill. Very unfortunate because these types of sellers cost a lot of customers. We were able to do excellent business in another bicycle shop in Zoetermeer. Wim Wijnen

Very nice help by Luc. He is friendly and helpful. Stella bicycles generally has very good service. Got my bike at home yesterday. Everything is to your liking. Am very happy with it. I will definitely recommend everyone to buy a bike there.

Until recently bought a bicycle from Stella Zoetermeer. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to switch to an E-bike. During that process I was helped by Leroy (sales person). This young man spoke to me kindly and gave me expert advice. After a number of test drives, the financial aspect was discussed. I find Stella's pricing policy quite debatable, nevertheless Leroy was very transparent about this and we agreed on a fair price. His service and the shop are well worth 5 stars. I am very pleased to be cycling on my E-bike in a few weeks' time.

Almost 10 days ago I made an appointment for a repair via the website, I soon received a standard e-mail stating, you will be called as soon as possible to make an appointment. Until now nothing has been heard, this is now the service that Stella offers after buying an expensive bicycle. Service points in Zoetermeer are super friendly, immediately drop everything they are doing and immediately see if the problem can be solved immediately. Head office service department, I would say learn from these men about how to provide service.

First I went to the Stella bicycle shop in Rijswijk. It was my first shop to get information about an e-bike. When Mister realized that I was not buying right away but only wanted information, he paid little or no attention to me. I have been to competitors, but no nice help with them either. I put it to the ground. In that way I don't have to buy an expensive e-bike. After a month I made the step to Stella cycling Zoetermeer. What a relief. Both other customers for me and me have been respectfully helped by mister van der Elst. Good explanation, patience, polite, friendly which gave me the impetus to purchase the e-bike. The gentleman who delivered the bike to me was also very friendly. Again good explanation and test drives for the correct position of handlebars and saddle. The store to go to!
