I had my mountain bike serviced and it now rides great again and I didn't lose much money either. I definitely recommend this bike shop. top service!

Bad business wanted to have 1 thing done my saddle was not properly secured and I just had to pay for it very bad service I will never go here again

This afternoon I thought: I am going to this shop with my 2 children to ask 2 simple questions: how do you increase the handlebars of the children's bike I had with me (I had apparently done something wrong) and I wondered how big the next bicycle for my son. That 'just ask' is apparently no longer possible. A bicycle specialist would handle this in 1 minute, this young man apparently did not feel like it at all. The young man stayed behind the plastic screen the whole time and repeated that he can't help me now, that I have to leave my bike (something with Corona probably). Sir, my bike isn't broken, I just want to know what to turn ... the young man said, we don't know, maybe it's broken something. Also to that other question of mine, I got 'I don't feel like this' answer. I walked away in amazement. I really had the feeling that this gentleman didn't feel like helping me at all, we talked past each other. If I were to do my job in this way, I would be held accountable for this. I have been to other bike shops so often with these simple things, I was just helped quickly. Unfortunately!

Outstanding service. Friendly owner. First call about what's going on with the bike and then make it clear how much it will cost. Glad that there is a good bicycle repair shop nearby in our neighborhood. Recommended.
