Awful verzekering. we received a case in 2016 from an incasso and they didnt want to help us because this issue started in 2011. What a policy is this? We pay you the last 3 years and now this is your help. Back to DAS even if i have to pay more!!!!!

Klaverblad reports to CIS that several claims were reported while they reject every request for legal aid because they see '' no success ''. This means that you cannot take out insurance elsewhere afterwards because of incorrect registrations in the CIS that they continue to refuse to delete. ______________________________________________ After receiving a response: Dear Aad, what you are writing is incorrect. It is only recorded when a CLAIM is made on an insurance policy. Not in the case of a claim in which the choice is then made to pay for it yourself or ultimately no assistance is provided because you as an insurer do not see any benefit or success in a case. What do I pay the premium for if Klaverblad itself decides not to provide legal assistance and then does report a claim in CIS ??? You may have to call CIS yourself and be properly informed instead of making a lot of unlawful reports.

Cloverleaf is not for the people at all !!! In 2010 I had a collision with a counterparty who had exactly the same insurance combination. Namely a Klaverblad car insurance via Independer. The other party backed into me, later the other party indicated that I was driving too fast. And then the tug of war begins. Ultimately, the legal assistance insurance (also from Klaverblad) claimed the injury damage. But now it comes after 4 years I bought another car and want to insure it again. And suddenly it turns out that this is no longer possible at Klaverblad. Cloverleaf is not for the people at all. Not star worthy.
