For the second time already have to wait several days for medicines. Can happen, but only a few tablets left in the meantime. (before the weekend) Have to call again. Still had to see if they were in stock! Time after that, after calling where my medicines were, they turned out to be unavailable and I urgently had to arrange medicines at LUMC. Force majeure, okay, but LET IT KNOW !!!!! What happened to this once great pharmacy? Is it force majeure? Then put an explanation on your site, then everyone can look for another possibility. Such a shame .....

Waited a very long time for a pleasant conversation at the counter between an employee and a friend. During my presence the waiting time increases from 3 minutes to 12 minutes. No extra counters open to accommodate this. Finally I waited half an hour for my repeat recipe. Do not take a queue management system if you do not use / respect it!

From now on, if you have a code, just draw an ordinary number. After code I had to draw an ordinary number because I needed some more. Last time it was no problem and I just got the medicine. Now wait for a while. 1 behind the counter and 2 with codes Ben left. Employees may also pay attention. My husband was for those medications went to fetch the bike. Stood there with a sand-smeared face. Nothing was said about it. Very sloppy

Waiting times differ greatly per time. When it is busy there is sometimes a bit of misunderstanding of waiting because the order of who's turn can sometimes be a bit unclear to people who are not known here. (People with a pick-up code get priority even if they have drawn a higher number, this is because these people can be helped very quickly) When necessary, a clear explanation is given, when this is not necessary, very quickly to be able to help the next one as quickly as possible. Very satisfied even though I experienced problems with the availability.
