EDIT: the owner replied to my review and he is not only rude, he’s also a liar! We didn’t even have a chance to open our mouths when we arrived, he started screaming at us right away, aggressively yelling that we used a wrong entrance. We spoke to you in ENGLISH. You understood us perfectly well. It doesn’t look good to lie. Still a mystery how this shop is still open. All the negative reviews are 100% true. Please stay away from this shop. We were here today and the moment we stepped inside this guy was just screaming at us and was very aggressive and rude. We left right away of course and I’d advise you to not step a foot inside either. I don’t understand how this shop can stay open and operating with this kind of service. It’s a mystery.

Very rude owner. Clearly does not care to keep a friendly face nor provide good service. There's no need to become frustrated and raise your voice to a small girl if she has issues pumping her bicycle tires when you're literally a bicycle shop!

The guy doesn't speak English, which is not a problem for me honestly, but he refused to repair the inner tube of my ebike because it was a brand he didn't know. We are speaking of changing an inner tube not to put a rocket to an ebike... He said "Dutch bicycles are easy, you plug and unplug the rear engine, I repair only Dutch ebike". I find it ridiculous, I had to walk a few kilometers under the rain to repair my bike in minutes in another shop. It's like you call the electrician to change a light bulb and he tells you '"I only replace Dutch bulbs, sorry". I am really perplexed... Also, I asked if he knew any other bike repair shop. Now I see on the map that there's one down the road and of course he sent me all the way in the opposite direction. Thank you man, you made my day.
