We visited The Hague last weekend and we wanted to see the area on bike. Binkbikes had great bikes available to rent and helpful and fast service. Was very easy and convenient to rent from them. Would recommend!

Best bike rent in town!! Perfect Service!! Bikes are in a very good condition. The service was also very good and the staff is friendly. And even when we had problems, they found a good and fast solution. We can really recommend it. Thank you very much!!

I give one star because I can't give 0. I had a simple flat tire (inner tube with a punch), I walked my bike in poor weather conditions to this shop but they refused to give me support since I haven't bought my bike with them. I think that if you have a business such as a bike shop you should provide a service to your city. No, it wasn't the case here. My punishment, for not spending my money buying my bike here, was to walk my bike a few more kilometers under the rain to the next open shop. Ridiculous...

Poor customer friendliness. When I asked for a repair I was sent away since I was not a client. No worries, will find a more helpful place the next time.
