I was supposed to receive a message to know what was the price for repairing my bike and which parts would need to be changed. Instead I got first a message saying that the bike couldn't be repaired. After a couple of days (I was not able to go there and take my bike) I received another message that the bike was repaired, without knowing the price. In the end it was higher than the value of the bike, that's the reason why I wanted the quote beforehand. The work was done, and it was OK but, for that price, I would probably buy another bike (my old gazelle costed almost half of the price I paid for the repair, in another shop). I don't like this miscommunication.

Kerem (owner's son) explained to me exactly what the ticking sound was in my bike. The krenk and that did not have to be replaced. Adjusting gears and brakes a little was free. Apparently they are not out to make money fast but to really help people. They really have everything there so look especially at the pictures. Nice thing!
