At 18:30 so half an hour before closing, I came to the shop with a flat tire. In front of the shop two employees were sitting clearly doing nothing, so I asked them if they could fix my bike. They told me that they still have to do some cleaning before closing so they wont make it on time (repair of flat tire takes usually 15-20min). I tried to be friendly and proposed my help with cleaning to save them some time. In a very rude manner one of the guys smirked and told me that they dont want my help. I live quite far from hs, that day, I went home by foot... I advise you not to redo my mistake, instead go to some other place!

Went there needing to repair one of my bike's tires, the staff was pretty nice and quickly took in my bike and gave me a ticket to go pick it up once it's done. Everything was done really quickly, and pretty cheaply too, I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The fat electric bike they offer are really nice, for a day of exploring The Hague’s coast side on a sunny day

My friend recommended this place to me. I went there to fix the break of my bike. They are very friendly and super helpful, my bike gets fixed, happy that i went there :))))

Charged me €25/day for a very cheap e-bike with an old battery that was dead after barely 35 km of low power use on flat terrain. Did not answer the phone for help, lied about the contract and was rude beyond belief. He does not care.
