Not a pleasant telephone experience. After a missed call, I called back with "I just got a call from you ..." Which caused an employee to respond sarcastically "Oh what a party!" Was seen as a number and unprofessional. EDIT: I had contact with SuperGarant about the above review and another complaint about, among other things, a case manager who has not given me a pleasant word on several occasions. My complaint was taken seriously, was answered nicely and my questions were answered that I did not receive before. "One rotten apple in the basket, Shame all the cool fruit." Good to point out that one person does not give the whole company 1 star, so I am adjusting it to 3 stars.

Super customer friendly

They do not keep their appointments and if you are sick and pay your wages, keep in mind that you do not get your money every 4 4 weeks, as they say, but with 5 weeks. 😡😡😡
