Extremely unprofessional service,estate agent had little to no knowledge of the property and couldn't even tell me if the dish washer was in working condition. I did however submit an offer for the property but after 2 weeks of waiting and not recieving a response I decided to follow up only to be told that they had forgotten to respond. My property search was delayed unessecarily by 2 weeks because of the incompetence of these amateurs that are clearly just looking to make a quick buck.Avoid these Muppets at all costs!

Via a recommendation from an acquaintance I ended up at JP Ram for refinancing my mortgage. I am now 2.5 months further and nothing has been arranged, now that can have all kinds of causes, but the communication about this is downright miserable. Tried to reach someone via whatsapp, email, telephone or a message via the receptionist. Receive a call back once the same day if you threaten to switch to another provider. I'm done with it, have been patient enough but this is just not a style. Apparently enough work that you treat your customers that way.
