They were excellent. Nailed it with diagnosis and one year and a half later, after having moved to another country, I called and they were able to provide me with the name and grams of antibiotic I had. Thank you.

I sent them an email asking about the conditions to dispense a prescription from another EU country, since by EU regulations that should be possible. They didn't bother to check that and replied with the following line: "we cannt accept a prescription from a foreign doctor’. we only accept recipes that are prescribed in the netherlands". No explanation or details whatsoever and no solution or advice, considering the difficult situation with Covid.
