So far the pharmacy works perfectly for me. If you have a prescription on the paper (and you have other insurance than the dutch one), you can send the paper to their email and then just pick up your medication, refills work the same. You can also drop off and just give them the prescription paper as well. They know English and the building itself is really cute

Really good pharmacy, friendly personnel. However the new system is new so you have to wait a bit. But the staff is super friendly and kind. The building they are in is still old, which means it's a beautiful place. TD;LR: kind, good service, a little bit of a wait.

Waited inside for more than 10 minutes with at least 6 people queueing before me: the 3 pharmacists at the desk were unexplicably unable to serve any of them. Moreover, it is impossible to find a product with price exposed. What happened to efficiency and transparency? Is this the value you give to customers?

Personnel is always helpful. For me the one and only pharmacy in The Hague. Most reasonable priced.
