Usually fast help, but they really need a new ATM because they still use the contact only version. I often go outside peak hours though, but I usually get everything fine.

I need medication but it is a full hour after the opening time (according to the board in the window) and nobody is inside.

Waited horribly long with two other customers. The pharmacy lady has been on the phone for at least 15 minutes without making any contact with us. One of the other customers has therefore also left. I was there for an acute allergic reaction (from a colleague) that the pharmacy was aware of, but that didn't speed up the service. Not only is this very unprofessional and customer-unfriendly, but it is also irresponsible and life-threatening.
