Very bad service. When entering, one of the three ladies is helping a customer and the other two do not acknowledge my presence or greet me or ask if I can wait a few moments. After five minutes waiting, with no other visible customers around, one of them asks if she can perhaps help me. I ask for particular eye drops. She says: can I have your prescription? I say, no, these eye drops don't require a prescription. The lady says, yes they do. I say: no, they don't, really. She goes to ask a colleague who agrees with her that a prescription is required. I tell them that I take the drops for years and that a prescription is not required. Unless they are the only pharmacy in The Netherlands that requires a prescription for these eye drops. They can even verify this information in their online database. She asks me if I need just one bottle and goes to the counter to scan it so I can pay. No apologies, nothing. She displays being offended. Clearly in this pharmacy the fact that even if people need medication and will wait for it and be polite and patient, does not mean you can not be efficient, customer focused, friendly and service-oriented to the customers. I sincerely hope they will learn this at some point, because the current approach seems horribly outdated and makes me blacklist this pharmacy.

Little interest in serving / helping people. If you can choose, I’d recommend using Java Apotheek - much more efficient and helpful.

What a bad pharmacy is the Nauta pharmacy. unfriendly staff. GP's prescription does not come in, while GPs do this immediately. And a day later they say the recipe is not there yet. is not correct

See everywhere "long waiting times", but yes almost every pharmacy has been the case. For the rest, always friendly and professional
