Careful and friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere.

Come here several times for nothing. Fax is sent from the doctor but is not known in the system.

Very messy pharmacy. Time after time only give half of the medication (prescribed by the doctor) so that you have to keep coming back (and reconnecting in the long queue), or it is said that there is no prescription while there is (come here) you are behind if you first called the doctor and you are helped by another employee). Too few staff behind the counter, sometimes the whole pharmacy is full of people waiting, but no one comes to help, very annoying. You are waiting unnecessarily long (not enough seats). Staff is friendly but sloppy. The only one that stands out is Petra. Always very customer friendly and tidy. There should be more like that.
