Huis te Lande Pharmacy

I waited 20 minutes yesterday and 35 minutes today on the phone and it simply hanged up the call. Nobody picked it up and if I go there I have to wait 30 minutes also just to order my medication and then go another day to pick it up and wait another 30 minutes at least. Guys, I don't know what you are doing but the waiting times that you are imposing to the patients are not acceptable. Set a limit per patient, look for more personnel, at least pick up the phone!!! I've been there and every single time I noticed the tremendous amount of time that you spent looking for the medications or talking to a patient without caring about the others also waiting and this is a critic for people in general, be conscious! If we go to the pharmacy is because we need it not for fun or to waste our time.

I have been to other pharmacies in the surrounding area and this is the worst pharmacy that i have encountered. I registered with this pharmacy due to it location (the nearest to my residence). However, the slowness of this pharmacy is unimaginable. It is rather common to encounter 15 minutes without any personnel in front of the counter. Apparently, for this pharmacy, it requires about 15 minutes for their personnels to search for some medication behind the counter. Then, another 10 or 15 minutes to give consultation to the clients when the personnels finally appear. Even in the early morning at 8am, without much customers, one has to wait for at least 15 to 30 minutes to get his/her prescription. I do hope the administration of this pharmacy could do something to improve the efficiency of this branch. It is not a problem that the personnel of the pharmacy would like to take their time doing their job, but there is always a limit for every profession. Other customers who come to to get their medications also have to get back to their office in time in order to earn their living. Please consider that!

A very amature farmacy. If you look at the pictures you can tell it's a very old complex, with no airfiltration and stickers and markers which are outdated. If you have the option, feel free to choose another place, or go here if they fixed the location and increased the hygiene. Imo not recommend. Friendly staff though. Also more expensive than other farmacies (like 30% more expensive).
