Service-apotheek Lage Veld

For the past 2 years, I've had some really 50/50 experiences here. We live around the corner from the pharmacy, and I wish it would be a little bit more reliable, but: - Waiting times were always VERY bad, long before corona happened. - Most the staff are very good, fast and nice - for example, when getting my asthma medication, the pharmacist did her absolute best to explain to me everything about the medicine and how it worked, slowly and very clearly for my not so amazing Dutch. This was very helpful. - Some of the staff however are the opposite - borderline impolite, slow and seem not interested in being helpful. So you never quite know whom you'll get. - Some mess with getting the prescriptions out almost every 2nd visit, which is both time costly and annoying. I prefer to go to other pharmacies if possible.

You always have to wait for a very long time, but the employees are very friendly!

Worst pharmacy ever. If you could count the minutes of me waiting in here every time it would probably be a few years of my lifetime. I try to avoid it as much as possible.

If there was a price for the slowest and most inefficient pharmacy, it would receive it.
