The man Manager in this shop in the hoven, not responsive & ignored after sale services.

Helpful service, but lucks some basics such as cleaning the NEW glasses before giving them to the customer. Not ok to let the client go with glasses dirty of your fingerprints! Also, thumbs down for not letting a very old customer lady use your toilet. Where is your humanity, people?

Very nice and helpful staff, great service and products. One of my favourite shops in Europe.

Awful shop with unfriendly staff. If you make an appointment as a customer with confirmation on your phone you will be informed that you have not made an appointment. You have probably made an appointment at the other branch. Clearly a confirmation with Brabant peat market. Made an appointment for an eye test. Just like 5 months ago. Appointment taken into account. Upon arrival they tell again is not done because of Corona. You can go to the Hoven there you can measure. Oh yes there is certainly no Corona. Thanks for being called in advance that it is not possible. Not last time either. Then take this into account on your day off. Tried lenses that don't work, out of focus. Do not go here for advice, because you will be served unfriendly. The store also does not give a hygienic idea, smells like sweat. I am looking for another optician who is willing to help me with my complaints
