Wateringse Pharmacy B.V.

This pharmacy is called Service Apotheek. Just leave out the word Service. I come here often, because unfortunately I am already on a few medicines. Unfortunately, it goes wrong again and again. Not that I use very special drugs. No, medicines are not ready, prescription not received, stock, etc. And then it turns out that I have done nothing wrong, but the pharmacy is not doing things properly. Pffff, I keep going in again and again. Sometimes luck, but usually bad luck.

In these times of crisis you will think that you are nice to each other. Unfortunately. The lady behind the desk cat-knocked the person in front of me. Unfortunately when it was my turn, she stood with an air over her, very customer unfriendly to tell that it was all different now and that's the way it is and no different. I have moved and they do not deliver there, but you have to put “normal” recipes on the bus so that they will deliver them, but I have moved, so that is no longer possible. What to do? I came here with three children with all the recipes, to get it in one go. Kids in the car. Few solutions from them until I kept asking. Back then gossiping about me and my situation, which I could just hear, they gave my medicines with pain and effort. Unfortunately I got a sermon afterwards and it was super childishly said "go go but I don't talk to you anymore" by the lady with the headscarf. Very customer unfriendly and luckily never come there again. Have tried to explain that customers are also dealing with the crisis here, that it would be nice if you could be treated kindly with your questions at least. Very unfortunate.
