My mother's death was unexpected. We had discussed some issues, others not. There is also so much you don't know about until it happens to you. Thanks to the professional and warm guidance of Mr. and Mrs. Voorneveld, I was able to say goodbye to my mother in the nicest way possible. I was well informed about all the options and was able to make the right choices.
