Have just been rejected by this health insurance company. I am not allowed to purchase a top supplementary package from this health insurer. This is because I have already indicated in advance that I will incur costs. And that is not quite the intention. Unfortunately, but true, this insurer shows its true nature again. The financial interest is many times greater than the human interest. Why does humanity always lose out on rules? That's because people know the rules, but people don't know the rules. It is the banality of this insurance company and the society I live in. For me, words like social, solidarity and article 1 of the constitution are hollow concepts. Because being social for your fellow man is on average linked to family, friends and / or acquaintances / colleagues. And article 1 that we are all equal actually ends when he is born. Where your cradle is literally and figuratively has too much influence on where you end up in your life on average. While if we organize a society based on humanity, each of us could sing article 1 of the constitution as 'national anthem' ..... PNOzorg is unfortunately no exception to this rule, it is too sad for words that humanity is hard to find at PNOzorg. There is still hope for PNOzorg, let the rules be the rules and take this reflection with you: Treat your fellow human beings as you want to be treated yourself '... ps, i am not a religious person. Have regularly 'shouted' to 'god', but it remained silent to me.

Bad, unclear and unprofessional customer service. All say something different. You will also not be hired if you have already incurred costs in the past year that could be incurred in the coming year.

I have been insured with this company for 5 years. I have changed my supplementary insurance, but I was rejected because my daughter will need braces in the future.

PNO was once the best health insurance company in the Netherlands. After the merger with? that has changed enormously. Many things go wrong, customer service does not function optimally. They do not honor their agreements and you often have to wait too long for a simple question or reimbursement. I left with a hangover.
