Great service from very nice people. I went in with a broken rear wheel rim during a cycle tour of Europe in August, and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, I was recently hit on my Kalkhoff pedelec, which I had purchased second-hand from a private individual (not even Landewé) last fall. There is no Kalkhoff dealer in Haaksbergen and ended up at Landewé via the internet. Kindly spoke to and because I am physically unable to bring the bike, it was picked up. First impression of the store is very good, top service and now we hope for a good solution. Although it doesn't look very good on my bike.

The engine of my Quic Trend recently broke down. After telling my story in the shop, Chris picked up the bike from my house. A loan bike was immediately made available, which I could pick up the next day. The sour thing about the defective motor is that the warranty had expired for 1.5 months. I was promised that Quic would be contacted to see what to do. A rebuild engine is not available for my bike and the manufacturer would be contacted to discuss further. Throughout the entire corona situation, it was immediately said that it could take some time before a definite answer could be given on how to proceed .... So that is a bit of a wait. But in advance I would like to at least compliment Landewé / Chris for the way of treatment and service so far. I hope, of course, that the manufacturer comes out of leniency with a good arrangement. I am convinced that Landewé will in any case do its best to solve things.
