Bought a new electric bicycle at the Rijwielpaleis in Enschede and it had to be repaired twice within 18 months of purchase on the front wheel motor. Shortly afterwards, water got into that engine because the repair was not done properly. But the warranty had expired. During attempts to buy parts for that bicycle, it also appears that it is a very old bicycle for which no motor and no battery can be purchased. The shop has concealed the "old age" but reimbursed part of the costs out of leniency. So make sure that you do not buy an old bicycle without knowing in advance because of difficulties with the parts.

Great service when choosing a new electric bicycle, I have no knowledge of it at all, but was adequately helped by the daughter of the owner of the bicycle palace and I opted for a good, solid bicycle. A few years ago we bought a bicycle for the little man. Super good and friendly service. Also when I come for other (small things) time is taken for this. So it doesn't matter if I come to buy a bike or if I just need a new tire, the service and friendliness is great.
