First I want to say they have great customer service. Second if you are a student or just overall new to the Netherlands and the bike culture you REALLY want to put this place at the TOP of your list to get a bike from. The employee are very kind and straightforward. Right to the point with no fluff or bull. Very good with problem solving with even the most distressed people comeing straight in from a crash. They work well with your budget and are very fast once they get past administrative stuff. I bought a used bike here and it served me well untill a quick fix failed and caused a crash. The bike was totaled but they were able to quickly find me a replacement at a fair price and even helped me switch my lock and seat over to the new bike in LESS than 10 minutes. This place really has no equal and if you go to other bike stores in the area you'll be disappointed in comparison. I personally urge you to buy and service you bike here. A big thank you to the employees here.❤️❤️❤️

I bought my 2nd hand bike there and i was treated greatly.Its sad that they dont accept credits cards especially for whom are foreigners and its an easy way for payements.

Awful! While we made an appointment for bike repair service, there was one attractive and fair price, but when my bike was ready, price of service accidentally became 3 times larger (initially I would never agree for that price for such basic repair). Don't ever trust 'em and always pay in advance (or better find another bike service, don't repeat my mistakes).
