Bad thing. I buy a saddle of 50 euros there !!! (which I find a lot of money for a saddle), breaks within a year, I go back to report it. Says the best man in the shop that it comes to the fact that I lifted the saddle and got loose from the kit there and then the gel comes out. Solution: send and wait what the manufacturer thinks. No spare saddle, no money back at all. No compensation. I only have 1 bike my child has to cycle it to daycare every day, from there I bought a good saddle. If you tell me something like this beforehand, I will make sure I don't take it. Conclusion: very bad thing, very bad service, very bad products. Best regards
