In August 2 new bicycles were purchased at a bicycle shop in Enschede. Unfortunately, everything turned out to be incorrectly assembled upon delivery. That was the beginning of the misery that you are getting at you at fietswinkel.nl. There would be a call to make a repair appointment, not happened. In the end (September) the support for both bicycles regularly falls away, I don't think the intention is for new bicycles. The bikes brought to the store in Enschede for repair would be made the next day. Lost the bikes for a week and a half, nobody knows how to tell us something useful. In the end the technician turns out to be ill, after which the seller decides to install two new batteries .. unfortunately this was not the solution, because the problem persists. Bicycles go to Amsterdam, it is now December and our patience with bicycle shop is gone. Appointments are not always met, no communication with us and within the company! I ask when picking up the bikes if the accessories (phone holders and buggy carrier) should be removed, this is not necessary. Again the bikes lost a good week. When the bikes are returned, the accessories are all broken and worse, 1 of the bikes is no longer usable, the wheel is stuck to the mudguard. The person who comes to deliver indicates after some insistence that he is calling the head office directly in the car and they will call us immediately. Of course this does not happen, because this never happens! After a few more phone calls we come in contact with the special care department, well this should be fine. It is now January and we are still unable to cycle properly, we are fed up and want our money back. Fietsenwinkel delivers a non-reliable product, has twice had the chance to repair and actually makes it even more useless. What does a bicycle shop say: money back is not possible because the 100-day cooling-off period is over! First of all, this has nothing to do with a cooling-off period but with the delivery of unsound products. And, well, if there is never a reply or a call back, those 100 days will indeed be over again. In short: never buy your bike at fietswinkel.nl !!! You only get misery on your neck!

Fine store. The seller who was present (Aick), understands a lot of different types of bikes. I came in for a sporty E-bike and tried different models. The employee took the time and drank delicious coffee. In the end I bought a Brinckers le Mans. This store is highly recommended

Nice shop but young and unprofessional employees. Bicycles that are in the store are not for sale, reception was quite unfriendly, laugh at customers behind their back and when you make the appointment to test a certain bicycle (with confirmation that it is available) they suddenly do not have it in the shop stand .. Too bad. Elsewhere they also have these bikes for almost the same price.
