Eric helped us very personally and professionally! Our wish was to realize an extension for a kitchen diner, to make our home more sustainable and to make our mortgage future-proof. He is always available during the entire process, from start to even after the end. He keeps you constantly informed, he takes all the time and effort for you and he explains all the options and the matter well! Step by step, from the first financial advice, the financial plan to the guidance regarding the provision of the financing, he monitors everything between us, as a customer, and the lender (s). We are better served at Eric and with more freedom of choice than any lender we have ever sat at the table with.
