I used De Slotenwacht to replace an existing front door lock. I used their web form yesterday and was contacted by email and arranged an appointment for today, the whole process was extremely painless. The guy that turned up was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the new lock and left the place clean and tidy.
