Zero stars as far as I'm concerned. Friendly yes, but professional and careful no: not at all. I come in and ask for my wife's medication with name and address, get 2 boxes plus a repeat prescription and go home. I expect 2 boxes so I think I'm getting the right one. When it comes home it turns out to be someone else's recipe. the last name still looks like it, but the first name is not at all and the address also not so this MUST not happen and the laconic response to this incident is completely unacceptable. We should be happy that no one has taken those wrong medicines! This 'pharmacy' is an incompetent drug counter, which is totally unworthy of the name pharmacy.

Not customer friendly pharmacy I got a prescription from the hospital for special milk for my newborn son. The pharmacy did not have this milk in stock. They didn't want to order this milk for me, reason? They don't handle baby milk. They gave me a pharmaceutical wholesaler phone number for letting me order myself! I do not have a pharmaceutical company or pharmacy so I cannot order or buy from a wholesaler.

Normally I am not positive about the pharmacy, long waiting times, but now that I cannot get through circumstances myself, the medicines were delivered neatly at home.

Worthless service and no help with finding solutions. I had to wait 20 minutes for 7 tablets (had a prescription for 30tabl but only got 7 because it was the first time I had it, I had to pick up the rest later) while there was really no huge crowds at the time and when I got home and the tablets could not be cut in half, I went back. There it was said that this was not possible with these tablets and it is said "yes mrs that is very annoying" and that is it. No solution then but no medication or the double dose as prescribed, outrageous!

Troublesome club that only wants one thing, PAYMENT. For years no problems at previous pharmacy and now thunderier. Have to pay extra for everything, despite confirmation from Menzis that it is not, otherwise it will not be ordered. And then other medicines than prescribed. Pathetic affliction which is not advisable. I have since lodged a complaint with Menzis about the actions and services of this money wolf club.
