Always a long waiting time here and sometimes an insufficient stock ..... Nowadays you can get it from a machine after a few days using a code sent to you (one star added for this), but before that it could prevent you for a recipe it had 3 times that long waiting time. The 1st to deliver a prescription in the hope that they could give it right away, unfortunately we have to order that. The 2nd time to pick up the ordered for you and to determine incompleteness at check. The 3rd time to pick up the rest.

Just helped by a nice and helpful guy who checked several nasal sprays and provided me with information. I had a substantive question about different dust mite nasal sprays for my daughter, who is experiencing painful reactions to the sprays. Thank you. Earlier this morning I had an employee on the phone who merely referred me to the doctor in agitation and irritation 😳. He didn't seem to feel good about himself? Therefore only 3 stars. I would suggest the pharmacist to conduct service surveys about the service, see the many, different, negative reactions about staff. 🤔
