Rude and agressive pharmacist! I always had a good experience with most of the staff, but today I encountered the rudest pharmacist ever, named Ms. Reiring. She had an agressive demeanor, was not listening or being responsive to my questions. In addition, she asked irrelevant questions, such as why I stopped taking certain meds. Which I consider is up to my physician to make changes. I hope she just had an off day and that this is not a new trend, because I will otherwise have to change to another pharmacy :(

When I was young, my mother changed pharmacy, instead of this location she chose to walk 10 minutes to the pharmacy in the Lairessestraat. When we were looking for hand gel at the beginning of the corona crisis, we decided to also visit Pharmacy Oud Zuid. The owner laughed in everyone's face that we should not act like that and that evening we had to watch the first corona fables and facts broadcast. From that moment on I understood why I have had to walk 10 minutes longer for 25 years. That person is unkind and disrespectful. I therefore advise everyone to walk the extra 10 minutes to a pharmacy where you will be treated in a respectful and normal way.

The people here are extremely careless with the corona measures. Unsafe. The mistress sat with a flat hand on her mouth to look at a screen and then took medicines with bare hands. I saw a colleague pack unwrapped masks for a customer: she first put her whole bare hand in a paper bag, took the masks one by one with tweezers and slid them into the bag, touching the hand holding the bag. Unsafe. Is very bad at a sandwich shop, let alone a pharmacy. That's where you go for your health.
